1. Agreement to Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from NessaBit Home Services LLC, operating as NovaKnox ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our SMS Privacy Policy.

These Terms govern your use of our SMS messaging service and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NessaBit Home Services LLC.

2. SMS Program Description

Our SMS program allows you to receive:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Service updates and notifications
• Customer support messages
• Promotional offers and special deals (if you opt in)

Program Summary and Key Disclosures

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to rafaeldaroscihenrique@gmail.com or call +1 (855) 381-3441. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary (up to 10 messages per month). For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. 3. Consent and Opt-In

By checking the consent box and providing your phone number, you:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NessaBit Home Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the SMS service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation in Knox County, Tennessee (if negotiation fails)
• Binding arbitration in Knox County, Tennessee (if mediation fails)

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our SMS Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NessaBit Home Services LLC regarding the SMS service and supersede any prior agreements.
